Professional and yet home town.  I have worked with inspectors before and felt like it wasn't me they were working for.  Palmer is different.  Communications are clear, they make sure you know what's going on.  Takes the time to explain things,  multiple times if your not understanding. Worked with me on dates as they changed. Kyle did a great job with our inspection!! He answered all of our questions, made sure we understood his explanations, and was very patient with our many many questions. We never felt rushed or like we had a ridiculous question. I hope we don’t have to buy another house anytime soon, but if we did, we’d use him again!! Not only a great inspector, but overall just a wonderful human. I attended our home inspection and Kyle is very thorough. This is our first home, so it was important to me that I found someone I could trust. Kyle checks everything and explains everything in a clear manner so that new homeowners (me) actually understand everything he's talking about. Kyle's platform is also amazing. His report site is extremely detailed and very organized. He takes plenty of pictures and videos so you can see exactly what he's talking about, and includes very detailed descriptions. Kyle also offered us a follow up Q&A call where he explained everything in even more detail! We were able to ask any questions we had and he had such helpful answers. We reached out to Palmer Inpections and from the first call the level of professionalism and care was outstanding.  We were able to schedule our inspection within 24 hours and the owner asked us what our largest concerns were regarding the home. We were invited to attend the inspection at the end of the appointment and the inspectors walked me through all findings, and explained in detail the importance of issues and levels of severity. We received our written report within 24 hours and were invited to have a Question and Answer call, if we chose to. The written report was thorough and easy to read. Kyle was very responsive and professional! He was able to get to our septic inspection the same day we scheduled, which was incredibly helpful in keeping our  transaction moving forward. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and great to work with throughout the process. I really appreciate the quick turnaround and excellent service.
